The Basement Club has been enlarged and a door has been added. You now can reach the Basement from Route 12. Thanks to Elvis who came up with that idea.
Next to the door is also a teleport to the Retreat Gallery, so you can view all the art or hand out at the Retreat. The backlot of the Retreat is kind of separated into parcels, which I will either sell or abandon. It is heartbreaking to me, but the interest of others is not that. I see people pay 1000s of Lindens per tier for a small parcel and I always had mine really cheap.
