Cinderella is a Liar

The reality is no matter how independent maiden you are, flying solo is no fairy tale, and even if you do get the slippers there are no guarantees. No matter how beautiful your dress, how sexy your perfume or how tender your heart is most of the time, Prince Wonderful does not pay you a visit by climbing up your balcony. Hell, he does not even call or text you.

If you ever sat alone on a Saturday night and waited and waited on the couch, hoping he would at least tell you he is having some difficulties to log back into the world of make belief, well let me tell you this is not a fairy tale. "Where is my happily ever after?" Then it is time to know the truth that Cinderella was a liar.

In her tale of easy love, she omitted the reality of her situations and screwed every maiden who ever heard her story by giving them unrealistic expectations and a flawed blueprint. This fact is not pleasant but it leaves us with two options.

1. We can sit here and whine about the cuts of broken glass slippers.

2. We can change out of our single-in-distress garb and move past the fairy tale.

The truth is that their reasons actually (somewhat) make (douchey) sense at times. Here’s the truth about why he chose her.

Most men know, fairly early into the relationship, whether it’s something they want to go the distance. The only thing is that they won’t tell YOU. Maybe too much toxic sh..t and cries for help will make him run the other way. Men feel helpless when all you want is a simple conversation to make you feel at ease again. If he won't tell you his feelings or makes excuses why he can't...he is not into you as much as he is in to her. He will have many reasons why her and it is better not to even ask about it. Let is go!!! Move on and do the things you like. There is a lid for every pot and some lids may fit at first but they just don't make the cut.
