It all began on Saturday, April 2, 2016, 6PM SLT and here we are now in 2022. I do want to thank all the people who have come to the Basement Club. They are true lovers of music. We are always unique and different.
This year the aliens have abducted the Basement and the Dwellers and are on the mothership. Why not join us this week March 28 - April 1, 2022, and celebrate starting at 6PM SLT.
For our first anniversary, we had Sock Hop with music from the 50s and 60s. Number two was celebrated with a Prince tribute.
Witches and Warlocks was the Number 3 celebration.
In 2020 things changed and the Basement Club played dedications for those who were most affected during the Covid lock-downs. We kept playing and kept our heads up high because during this pandemic we all stayed home and music made us hopeful.
Then came 5 years of great music, dedicated DJs and during the five years, we had a feature in Second Life's Destinations and even two live concerts with Oblee. We have come a long way.
