THE TERRACE LOUNGE AND GRILLE RESTAURANT

The Terrace Lounge and Grille Restaurant is a real restaurant in Second Life. The staff is friendly and knows what they are doing. Jorden Andrew is a superb host and owner of this exquisite and romantic place. You can read more about them on their website.

We had a lovely time all dressed up eating some of the scrumptious food at the Terrace. Thank you Greg and Stacey for the wonderful company and laughter you provided. We had a blast.

Friends and a Wedding Rehearsal!

I had to ask Vinny, my brother-in-law for a sum of money to rebuild for a special occasion the old Chapel at the Retreat. He was reluctant at first  and asked me all these questions. You can never get a simple yes or no from him, but he has a soft heart and finally turned around and said: " here you go sweet thing".

We have the sweetest friends who come and hang around with us when we want company. We are so excited that they are going to be married soon. 

They understand you.
They accept you.
They make fun of you. 
They compliment you.
They are thankful for you.
They love you.
They are your friends.

We had fun at the rehearsal figuring it all out how it suppose to work.You guys can do this, it will be great.

KenAir---Today's escape and adventure

KenAir is a fun and adventurous airline in Second Life.

The fleet consists of six aircrafts as of July 2015 owned and operated by Keneth Kranfel.

The main hub for KenAir is the SCS Airport located on the Frasier Island Region south of the Blake Sea.

I think the best thing about KenAir is that you get a human to talk to. It is not a mechanical script of the airline jargon you would normally hear.

You don't require a ticket, you don't pay $Ls. You may donate if you like.

My little pink car!

This adorable little car is modeled after the Fiat 500 and is created by HaruMotors. 
I have this car parked at our new Home "Galicia Norge Hus", which is located just south at the end of the Second Norway Lufthavn.
(I will blog more about this home at a later time)

It is an early birthday present from Zeekeee, who actually loves this car, despite the color pink.
We took the model for a test drive first and it drives like a dream. So make sure you go test drive one of their cars at the main store. 

It is a fun activity to do with friends too, unless of course you forget to put in enough gas. 
Good thing this is a small car and is easy to push.

The Cube Republic - Mesh Landscaping

I want to give a BIG shout-out to Cube and his generous gift of landscaping items. I absolutely love the items. I started using them already on my new property in Second Norway and will soon take some pictures.

The items are high quality to perfection. If you are looking for landscaping materials Cube Republic is the guy for you.

I actually landed safe in the water after a flight around the island. All those hours of expensive flight training with Herr Kranfel finally paid off.

Resort L'Amour ( limited time only)

Resort L'Amour is for those who enjoy romance and the beauty of a tropical beach. You can dance into the night, cuddle with your sweetheart or go and explore the neighboring Maison de L'Amour.

The Resort will close July 31, 2015, so hurry and enjoy it while it lasts. You can still see the Maison de L'Amour.

Desi and the crew here work very hard to make this happen. 
(Desi is also a great friend and was one of the bridesmaid at our wedding...so proud of her getting this featured in the destination guide. Way to go :)

I know Zeek loved it too, because we spend a big part of our evening answering the questions in the trivia game.

somewhere i have never traveled

I am so grateful for Zeek to be here when I need him the most. The last few weeks of the constant messages from my ex partner just took a hold on me and caused me nothing but grief and pain and anxiety.

Wedding part 5: The Honeymoon

The honeymoon was everything you could expect including our real life trip.RL pics I am only sharing on my Facebook with friends and family.

We even managed to visit the Willows during our rl trip for some of the fun events that were going on. Most of our time however was spent sightseeing .

Thank you to Cullen, Vinny's son, who walked me down the isle. I am so glad you are part of our family now. 

We wrote our vows and the ceremony so they would be extra special to us and the wonderful friends and guests present here.

The guests have arrived and Zeekeee is greeting them at the front gate at the Retreat.

We sure had the greatest 4 couples in our wedding party and I want to thank them for making this day so very special.

Zeek with the lovely Mags, our officiant dressed in a deep purple gown.

Mags looks radiant. In the background you see the bridesmaids and groomsmen getting in line. Also thank you to all the numerous guests who attended.

The day has arrived and it is our wedding day. I will break this into 5 separate posts because of all the pictures.

Ok, so here I am July 10, 2015 at 4:31 PM sitting in our bedroom as I wait to get ready and put on my bridal gown. I have an hour and a half and I am getting a little nervous just about now.

I am so very thankful for Zeekeee because he is such a great guy. I am lucky we found each other.
