One glorious Sunday afternoon

I walked through a field of vanilla

so sweet to my senses

as I was humming a heavenly tune.

So I laid beside a flowing brook

and dreamt of angels in the clouds

so peaceful to my soul

as I opened my eyes, to the sky I looked.

A rainbow of colors so bright and gay

appeared all of a sudden up there

so vividly to my eyes

as I stood up and jumped to catch a ray.

I felt as I was in the clouds so high

where a cherub festival was played

so joyful to my mind

as I learned in my dream to fly.

We had a special set at the Basement Club called Angels and Demons (Devils) which was really cool. Always fun to dress up in  costumes and for me my favorite as an angel.

Come and join us next time at the Basement Club. Every Saturday and Sunday 6-8 PM SLT. You never know what we will be up to, but you can count that the music will be good. We play music not just tunes :) See you there.

The shortest drive home

As we drive down on route 12 on this warm autumn day listening to our favorite tunes on the radio, we wonder where the road may take us and which turn we should take.

Really does not matter where we go? As long as we go there together it will be all good. This may sound like a cliche but it really isn't. We drive to nowhere and end up somewhere. 
We are laughing and new memories are made.

A job opportunity? Should we?

And then tires spinning, rubber burning, and the wind takes us or was it the foot on the gas pedal? We are out of here and out of control.

Ban Lines, oh no....and EJECTED.
And we fly through the air like tumbleweeds on a windy day.

DISCO FEVER @ the Basement Club!!!

It was actually a Sunday night and the fever just began. Disco music was in the house, well the Basement.

We were dressed in our platform boots and funkadelic clothes. Time to boogie down.

Ironwood Hills

The world has seen an apocalypse event and nothing is the same at Ironwood Hills.Are you ready? Do you dare want to come and search for any survivors? 

What really happened here at Ironwood Hills? 

Around every corner there is something you will find and discover, but be warned it may be creepy and eerie. My best advise it to go with someone else...in my case he did not stood a chance...see below.

I know you will have a fantastic adventure here, as the moon light glistening along the forest floor with patterns made by the shadow of the towering trees. Even the wildlife was silent in a way that it seemed like they felt the same cold chill of the fear down their spine and against their cheek. I felt like thousands of eyes seemed to be watching me but none could be seen.

Be extra cautious at the asylum...At the end of the hallway, a solitary brass lamp, itself half lost in darkness, was mounted upon the cracked and yellowing wall. Its two thin, up-thrust arms extended electric candles. Their tapered bulbs cast shadows, transforming the lamp into the visage of some dark god who mocked the light. Perhaps the dreaded deity was Lucifer himself, I thought. So I ran as fast as I could.

DJ LOREN brings a steaming BLUES & OLDIES night to the Basement

This will occur every Wednesday at the Basement Club!!! DJ Loren and the fabulous and sexy hostess Gabriela will bring you some of the sizzling oldies from the past mixed with some Blues and your requests...simply THE BEST!!!

This week the Theme is "Best in Black" to get over the Hump Day and the board is starting at 500L$.

"A merry yarn"

Oh, it is always a good story that you can find here at the Full Monty pub and nightclub. Just last week I was tricked into dancing on that thing called "pole" and "arrrr shocked to the very boney" I did it again. I know it was the diet coke that was laced with that pirate rum someone has been bootlegging behind the bar.

I wasn't alone on that pole because the lovely Carol, who just gave birth not too long ago and of course is as fit as always. Good thing her husband Moon was not around to see this. So Carol says: "Oh Moon would be so proud!", and blow me down he poofs right in. You never know in Second Life and at the Full Monty what can happen. And no Nor what happens at the Full Monty does not stay there but appears right here, sawey?

Does Mags have even a liquor license for this establishment?

All that pirate talk inspired the patrons to hold a Pirate Day. So do not miss it because being dressed as a pirate and wench can be as tasty as Salgamundi to ye mateys.

"Weigh anchor! Hoist the mizzen!!!"

Don't forget to show up Friday Night with DJ Loren and hostess Gabby 6-8 PM SLT for some great music and laughter. Trust me we laughed at the pooping cow. It should be all cleaned up by Friday.

Oh wow, can you believe it. Halloween is out the door and hello Christmas Season.

This year you can go visit the Christmas Fair with many vendors who offer their goods. There will also be live entertainment, snow, Santa, hunts, and many prizes.

This all start November 1, 2015 at 9AM SLT

We are so happy to announce that we have a little shop at the Fair right next to our dear friend Desi Sommer.

You will find some unique gachas for the holidays as well as gift giving at my store and best of all they are all affordable. Come and check it out and have some fun at the Christmas Fair.

Here at the Full Monty on a Saturday Night with live DJ Heath and Hostess Linnette you can find plenty of hotsy totsies who will dance the night away with you while you admire the bubs. You just have to come and show up.

The theme may change each weekend, but the fun does not. This night was too hot not to have been missed.

Galicia Spine-Chilling Halloween Hunt

Welcome to what was formally called La Famille Dubose Échapper.

The many relations of the family held this island over a century until it was purchased recently by the La Famiglia Galicia. As you will discover while performing your hunt, the island has many occupants and because of those occupants the current owners decided to leave it inhabitants at peace.  We hope you enjoy your stay and good luck with the hunt.

Throughout the 1920's and 30's Madam Dubose turned the estate into a resort. The exclusive would enjoy drink, dance and the company of young men and women.  Inside the home you might notice Madam Dubose, some past patrons, a possible young mother and her daughter all who are wondering the building. BTW try your luck at the seance table, maybe you will discover what brings you to the island besides the hunt.

The Cemetery holds many individuals who took different paths in life, be careful while exploring, you might wake someone.

Over time the island has become home to some interesting "non Dubose" family members.  Please be careful they don't like strangers. 

On your journey you might want to say "Hi" to the scarecrow or is it really a scarecrow.

Good luck on the hunt, your hosts La Famiglia Galicia.

Come and explore the swamp, house, cemetery, and lighthouse. You never know what might be hiding behind the door.

Look for 10 glowing pumpkins with some fabulous Halloween Tattoos by Gab's Creations  and some other goodies.

There is much to see on this rainy place and many opportunities to take photographs. You can also get dry in one of the lovely beach cottages and hang out there.

Looking for adventure? Oh yes we were for sure and Second Norway was not gonna be safe.

I guess we didn't have enough from the very wild tour bus adventure the day before, because here we are again on bikes. Some of us are better drivers than others. (I'm just sayin')
Either way you put it, at one point or another one of us was doing some under water driving or even tracking the railroad.

But of course none of that matters when you have a load of fun and laugh until you almost( I said almost ) pee your pants. Greg and Stacey are a blast to have around. They are funny, witty and so cute in love with each other. :)

"Be careful Zeek! Watch out for the duck?" That was all I could say as he was coming down the street.
