Something old and something new....

Today was the end of The Chapel at the Retreat and Club Melatonin both were located at the Retreat. I will miss the memories made there, the laughter, the sweat and tears that went into creating them.

I am off to create something bigger and better right here at the Retreat.

Don't worry the beautiful Chateau and garden are still there and will remain for everybody to enjoy, but the new and improved back lot will be fabulous for sure.

You can stop by and see the progress if you like when you stop by the Retreat.

The Chapel at the Retreat ( Wedding Venue )

Looking for a wedding venue? Come and visit the Chapel at the Retreat. 
A wedding can be very costly even in Second Life. Here you have a beautiful setting for your wedding and all you have to pay is a donation, whatever fits your budget.
Want a minister? No problem. For a small donation you can request the minister to officiate your wedding vows and you even get a marriage certificate with it.
The Chapel offers cake and champagne for your wedding guests. Dancing and a beautiful backdrop for your pictures. There is even a nightclub on site. Visit the beautiful garden and Retreat.

Pumpkins are filled early !!!!

I managed to fill the pumpkin early....yeah. So those who read the blog are lucky they can go look for them.
Look for other goodies too around the retreat, like the free lanterns in the Pavillon.

Get some free pumpkin spice coffee, so look for this cup :)

What is coming up....

I am so excited to announce that the retreat will host the first Halloween Pumpkin Hunt in October. There will be 20 hidden pumpkins throughout the garden and the chateau for you to find. Each pumpkin will contain some free goodies.

A pictureress retreat

The cozy pond for you to enjoy is ready. The retreat is really a lovely place to take photographs at. I try to look at all angles when I set and place items so they look good in pictures. I hope you stop by and enjoy this retreat.

Don't forget to look inside the Chateau because I furnished it and I must say it looks really nice.

There are many little details and extras at the retreat, so take your time as you walk on the path. Most of all enjoy.

Thank you to those who have left Lindens in the tip jar, what a lovely surprise. It most definitely will help to keep the retreat going and to improve it and to host some fun events too.

The RETREAT new and improved

The RETREAT new and improved.....I probably worked like three days on this. It meant like bringing the Club down to our retreat level, but I did not stop there. 

I took down the old Tuscany Home we had for over 2 years, which was a task in itself. How did we ever get so much stuff collected. Some was good, some was trash.

I moved all the things I wanted to keep into the Chateau at the Club, which is usable for all our visitors. 

I wanted to make the entrance a little more dramatic and beautiful, so I lined a road with twinkle trees :)

If you don't want to walk all that way you can directly teleport to the Club.

I hope you will enjoy the new and improved retreat and come to visit it often. Bring your friends! 

This is a beautiful getaway...I will add some more poses for picture taking and so on, so you can enjoy the place with your date :)

After trying out so many designs for the new club, I think I found the right one for us. Club Melatonin is now located where once the Melatonin House stood. So come on over and dance the night away. Well anyway, we were chit chatting and discussing the new Club Melatonin and how much bigger the place it now...so we hope residents will come and dance here. I also put an ad in the SL forum on the main website that we are currently looking for new friends...mature adults...

Club Melatonin

I am almost finished with all the renovations to our Club Melatonin. The club will be much bigger and a better layout. It has a cozy area upstairs so you can relax and still listen to the music. We also have the KittyCats shop with some of our newborn kittens ready to take home. Adopt one today, prices range from L$ 50-200. Don't forget to check out the Lucky Letter with some of our own stuff you can win.

2nd Annual Easter Egg Hunt !!!

We are hosting the second annual Easter Egg Hunt. Since Winter has been so harsh and cold for some of you we want you to dance into Spring. Our 10 hidden eggs will have special surprises including some Happy Dances for you to enjoy.
The Hunt will run from April 1 through 30, 2014...maybe I will have some items out early...but come by and see what is new in the garden.

Our Halloween Party at Club Melatonin was a success and we would like to thank all the wonderful people who stopped by and danced with our ghosts and had fun.

A super extra thanks to Rose and Thorn for donating some Lindens which helped the Contest Board go even higher than we planned.
We ended up with 1600L instead of the starting prize of 500L. Yeah...way to go!!!

There will be a contest board with Linden Cash to win...

...and the full moon shines

...even here in Second Life when it has a full moon the strangest things can happen.
So there we are just dancing away at Club Melatonin and all of a sudden "Alfred F. Jones" appears. He is not a regular guy. He is most definitely a "very happy" fellow, yes!

As we get to know him a little better, we have those ideas of maybe using Alfred to perform for us one of those nights in the club. 

He can dance, is funny, has wings like a fairy...no pun intended, well maybe yes to that. We actually felt like he protected us in a way. Maybe he is our guardian angel, who knows. We do know that we will see him again and will ask him to schedule a performance for us real soon.

Lil' Mel is now ready to sit in the Club he was named after...Well the first night he spend up in the club and I went to go see him, he disappeared. I think he had fallen through the cracks somewhere and fell down to the Melatonin House in the garden. Good thing cats fall on all fours.

Of course how can you get mad at him for being a nosy kitty who wanders around? Not with a face like his. He is so adorable all pink.
