Happy Halloween!!!

I hope you have a super great Halloween...The entire month of October seems to be Halloween here in SL. So many decorated sims to visit. It was fabulous.

How to love a beast? Haunted Home of Frankenstein!

If you fall in love with a beast you know he is all masculine and filled with strength. You might as well get ready for a wild affair.

You should make it clear that he may be the beast but you are the queen and what you say does count. Don't argue over little things, because it won't do any good. The heart of a beast is soft and he at times acts like a child. This can be a beautiful moment because you can teach him what is important to you.

A beast will bring his pets and they can beastly too. The best thing to do is to love them and feed them.

A beast loves romance. He really does, even if he maybe plays hard to get. He won't commit easily to marriage at all. I guess you have to be patient or take the boat and leave.

Kiss him and love him...it will pay off

This is a fun place to go to and dress up. Be careful out there....

Viper's Haunted Halloween

When I landed on this place I was already saying wow right away....so I explored and walked up to the Haunted House. I ran into this guy here and his name was Buzzard and he was nothing like his name may predict. In fact, he is the creator of this place called Viper's Haunted Halloween and you must see this.
This great place is now open and will be throughout October just in time for Halloween.

I was really lucky to have run into Buzzard because he gave me the grand tour of the place. There is so much more to see than just the haunted house with all the creepy spirits in there. My advice is to walk around outside and see everything. You will find more buildings, cemetery and a cave.

Buzzard told me that this is his third year to build the haunted sim and each year it gets better and bigger. If you love Halloween and want to get scared there is something here for everybody. Look around each corner and really explore.

Not sure if the grim reaper or Buzzard was scaring me here? LOL, just kidding it was all safe. Make sure you tell him that Anjelikka send you, he will know :)

A little Pumpkin Hunt October 1-31, 2016 @the Retreat

The "a little pumpkin hunt" will start October 1, 2016, @ the Retreat. 
Find 10 pumpkins for 1L each with some fabulous prizes inside.

While here enjoy the Retreat, the garden, chapel and also the Basement Club.
Pumpkins will be ready October 1, 2016.

I am also changing the 1L to 0L as of Oct 2 8am SLT...so more reasons to come and enjoy this.

HINT: all pumpkins are hidden outside and not in any building. Follow the path, but beware of ghosts and creatures.

The Graveyard

I am totally amazed how many people have stopped by the Retreat for the Halloween Pumpkin Hunt. WOW, this is so cool.
I hope you all enjoy the retreat and the free gifts.
Hint: Look on the graveyard...you have to climb over the wall via the ladder...you will find a pumpkin there :)

DARKWOOD

Darkwood is another beautiful sim crafted by Tenk and Truck Meredith, who are the owners of Calas Caladhon Park.
It is a on foot experience and you should bring a friend.
Some parts of the deep woods are scary :) 

I was desperately waiting for someone to come along with me, but had no luck. I just followed some residents, hopefully they didn't think I was stalking them.

I recommend taking some time to go on the cuddle boat ride and the barrel ride. Those provide a total overview of the sim inside and out.

So hold on to the one you love...or just love the one you're with.

I cannot believe how fast the time passes in this second life. Three years now and there is still so much to learn.

I absolutely adore the retreat. I hope you come and check it out. I will be working hard to get the Pumpkin Hunt ready with some cool prizes, some are my own creations.

What is coming up....

I am so excited to announce that the retreat will host the first Halloween Pumpkin Hunt in October. There will be 20 hidden pumpkins throughout the garden and the chateau for you to find. Each pumpkin will contain some free goodies.

In Germany around November 11 children celebrate a lantern festival by walking at dusk with their lantern and singing songs. So this beautiful lantern reminded me of this fun event.

 This would be a fun event at the retreat. I might just in cooperate it into the October Halloween Pumpkin Hunt. More about this later, but it should be fun searching for pumpkins looking in the dark just using your lanterns.

Our Halloween Party at Club Melatonin was a success and we would like to thank all the wonderful people who stopped by and danced with our ghosts and had fun.

A super extra thanks to Rose and Thorn for donating some Lindens which helped the Contest Board go even higher than we planned.
We ended up with 1600L instead of the starting prize of 500L. Yeah...way to go!!!

Our last stop actually was fun because we met a new friend, whom we hope will join us at the Halloween party at Club Melatonin.

Dead Pool is an eerie place to see. Watch out for the zombies so they don't bite you.
